Take Charge of Your Business

Through my interaction with 100s of clients over the last 21 years, I have realized that the Business Owners are always sandwiched, from Clients on one side and Team and Vendors on the other.

Instead of focusing your energies and adding value to your services to the client and making the association ever lasting, you get succumbed to the unreasonable pressure from the client and to retain the client at any cost.

On the other side, your team refuses to be aligned to your concerns and plans and there is a pressure on you, to retain them. Same applies with the Vendors too. Instead on standing by you, they put forth their terms and there’s always a sense of unreliability from them.

The key to get out of this situation, is to increase Business by concentrating on one of the most important wheel (function) of your Business - MARKETING…..

When you concentrate on increasing the number of inquiries/leads, you create a demand for your business. Then the next step is to concentrate on the conversion through laying an effective sales process, where you show immense value to the Customers and attract them to buy your Product/Service.

You should focus on Personal Branding through effective use of Social Media. Today not only do ‘People buy People’ first before buying a product/service, but people buy Results and that value needs to be reinstated through honest and regular communication.

In my Marketing Mastery Program, I show the Business Owners how they can effectively use Social Media, organically to enhance their Brand equity and increase quality Leads. Especially for small and medium size businesses, to learn and implement the use of Social Media tools like Whatsapp, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram also Blogs and Youtube is the need of the day for your business. A little strategic planning on the content and a disciplined action is needed, to use these tools and bring in a positive wave of hope, to change the business scenario.

Because good quality and quantity of leads, when converted will add to your Business top-line, giving your existing clients an assurance that they are dealing with a company in high demand, your employees will see a bright future of your business, will feel more secure working with you and so will value and respect their job.

Your vendors will sense the potential business volume from you and will want to partner you.

In such a healthy scenario, you can then concentrate to make your business, an ecosystem of Happy clients, team, vendors, associates, Profits and YOU!!!
